Non-operational touch screen
Inspect the touch screen for signs of damage, including cuts or significant wear. Should any damage be detected, it is advised to replace the terminal.
Simultaneous execution of multiple operations is not supported, as it may lead to unintended actions.
Incorrect calibration
Inspect for activation points that deviate from touch points. Proceed to calibrate the touch screen accordingly.
